About the role
This position is responsible for providing frontline public domain cleansing service in order to promote Parramatta as a Clean and leading tourist attraction.
On a daily basis you will;
- Assist the Team Leader to ensure all works programs are delivered to the agreed standards
- Assist the Team Leader with the execution of key services for for public domain cleansing include; Removal of Illegal Dumps and Emptying of Council Waste Bins
- Assist public with enquiries
- Assist other Cleansing teams and operational units when required
About the person
The successful candidate should have previous experience. It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have;
- Previous experience in rear compactor loaders bin operation
- Current MR Licence
- Proven customer service skills
- The ability to work with minimum supervision
- Sound capacity to to adapt to changing priorities
