DESIGNATION : Call Center Customer Sales Agents

TIME : Day/ Night Shift)

LOCATION : All Cities of Pakistan.

QUALIFICATION : Matric / O level.

EXPERIENCE : Having Prior International (In-bound Out-bound) Call Center Experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle Textual Chat and inbound /outbound international calls with confidence. Chats Will Be on multiple Social Media Platforms like Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Website Agent Chat Module etc, will also include Email and SMS/Whatsapp.
  • The Candidates will be trained during the day shift initially but will have to be aware that they are primarily being trained to take over the Night Shift for International Retail Sales handling.
  • Must be willing to relocate anywhere.

CANDIDATES WILL BE TESTED FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILL SETS:

  • Must be fully proficient in Oral & Written English.
  • Computer literate able to handle all types of webmail email systems, be able to utilize word processing softwares like Microsoft Word, Excell, Txt.
  • Have the ability to handle Omni-channel directed customer sales handling Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms related Textual Chat Skills.
  • Must have Voice Calls Handling Skills for Sales Call Inbound and Out-bound along with email and data entry skills.
  • You Should Have Internet proficiency be able to use email and navigate multiple social media platforms with confidence and skill.
  • Must be well versed in handling different social media Textual CHAT platforms like Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, Whatsapp, and Website Based Online Retail Chat Module.
  • Should be well versed in handling customer relations and sales on Chat and Voice Call.
