Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up project plans and keeping on top of project plan scope/run date changes
• Understand project deliverables, planning schedule & field activities
• Support PMs in updating Oracle. monitoring progress & schedule
• Participate in meetings, draft meeting minutes and update the team
• Tracking completed runs & update records and metrics
• Support PMs in working alongside the Applications& Workshop teams to ensure ILI tool qualification and readiness
• Develop an understanding of the client relationship and communication protocols
• Facilitate and support all applicable client and internal project documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• University degree in science or engineering
• Proficient in MS Office Fluent in English (verbal & written)
