Role Summary:

Material Leader - Modon Plant Position for the Saudi operations has become available. Start your career with Baker Hughes a GE company, a leader in the Oilfield Services industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
• Responsible for material ordering, availability, and scheduling
• Optimize inventory and process improvements
• S&OP point of contact for global team
• Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution
• Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)
• Partner closely with suppliers focusing on: Packaging needs, min/max planning
• Conduct daily walks on the floor and the receiving dock to investigate and resolve material issues
• Support material transfers, supplier reviews w/Sourcing, review with project team in/out KSA
• Provide supply analysis data and recommendations as necessary
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
