We are now recruiting for a CRM Manager who will be responsible with leading the development of the CRM strategy to deliver increased bookings per customer, and average booking value.

Job Accountabilities

The successful applicant will have full responsibility for the planning and formulation of CRM strategies aligned to the business strategic direction. You will be targeted with delivering customer growth, engagement & retention strategy, which delivers against Travel Republic’s aggressive direct growth targets. You will also;
  • Manage the flawless execution of the CRM strategy.
  • Develop annual contact strategy.
  • Develop and deliver action-based database segmentation to enable relevant, personalised, and engaging content that drives purchase intent.
  • Increase average booking value, frequency of purchase and customer lifetime value.

Skills And Knowledge

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent
  • In depth CRM knowledge – across eCRM, direct marketing, website, SMS etc. with experience of creating marketing campaigns for different media channels.
  • Proven track record in CRM/Direct Marketing with results to support.
  • Experience in using an email service provider (ESP) tool – preferably Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of working with single customer view (SCV) database.
