My client is a leading global management consultancy that work predominantly with Private Equity and Fortune 500 firms across Corporate Strategy, Private Equity Performance & Operational  Improvement, Restructuring, Integration & Separation, Digital/CIO Advisory, Valuations, Supply Chain & Procurement, Cost Optimization, Financial Due Diligence (DD), Technology DD,  Operational DD, Disputes, Forensics, Risk Advisory and M&A Deal Advisory. 

They are looking to hire candidates for their Dubai Office. Roles available are at Director, Senior Manager & Manager level.

 

 

The Position

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

 

• A minimum of 6  - 20 years of  consulting experience. You will be currently working for  a tier 1 strategy consultancy or one of The Big 4. Ideally you will be working at Director, Senior Manager or Manager level in one of these firms. Consideration will be given to individuals with a deep sector expertise (i.e. automotive, telecommunications, media and technology [TMT], consumer goods and retail, oil and gas, aerospace and defence) or a broader industry perspective
• A combination of top-tier, blue chip consulting and line-management experience is of significant interest
• Experience in a range of business critical topics such as performance improvement (procurement, supply chain),  cost optimization, M&A, working capital management, valuations and top-line growth
• Deep understanding of business issues and the ability to communicate them effectively to team leaders and clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• A track record of delivering hands-on, quality work products in multiple work streams, and the ability to take full responsibility for several areas
• The ability to conduct thorough quality reviews of your own and team members’ work
• Proficient project management skills and the ability to manage and leverage both colleagues and client team members as appropriate
• The ability to effectively communicate the status of deliverables to engagement leaders and clients
• Excellent relationship management with stakeholders while achieving results
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
• A successful track record of professional achievement, as evidenced by rapid progression and top ratings amongst peer group
• A passion for the chosen sector of focus, demonstrated by contributions, to or participation in, industry events and conferences
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and executive-level presentation skills
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous like Arabic
• Willingness to travel extensively; sometimes at short notice

 

Additional requirements include:

• Bachelors degree, MBA or Master’s degree preferred, but valid experience in conjunction with a Bachelor’s degree is fine

Salaries go to AED 800,000 (£175,000 or €200,000) + Bonus + Benefits.
