Looking for an experienced CRM Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:
Develop and maintain service procedures, policies and standards
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder.
Minimum 7 years experience in the Customer service field.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the Automotive industry is an advantage.
