API Architect

3Ci is looking for an API Architect to join their Partner in Alpharetta for a long-term contract with potential to convert permanently. This is a hybrid role as we are looking for someone who is not just well-versed in architecture and API’s, but also has a strong business acumen. This person will be creating alignment and standards across the many stakeholders and business units within our Partner on the design and use of API’s.

What The Client Wants

• Deep architecture and API experience both technically and design principles
• Cross Functional ability to evangelize and gain adoption of our Partner’s API principles
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into technical requirements
• CS degree or equivalent experience
• FinTech experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coach, train, and mentor across the company on API design principles, standards, and techniques
• Assist in leading design sessions with internal customers and business units
• Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize work efforts and deliverables
• Conduct in depth opportunity and risk analysis
• Work with internal clients and business units to document business requirements and translating into technical requirements
