If this sounds like you, then the Marketing team here at Cushman & Wakefield are currently looking for a new Brand Designer to come in and help shape the visual identity of the firm, and take it to the next level.

Job Description

This role champions and promotes design excellence to deliver an engaging and impactful visual experience of the brand across consumer touchpoints. As a brand designer, you will bring the ideas from strategy to creative conceptualisation to master design delivery. You will work with the Head of EMEA Brand & Design to help to drive the brand forward for both the EMEA region, whilst also impacting our global brand.

We would like this individual to help grow and develop the visual language of our brand and the world it lives in. You will help with driving the design of all internal and external communications, including creative campaign look and feel, advertising, website, social media content, events and exhibitions and a lot more in between. You will be expected to work closely with the Head of Brand & Design and assisting the internal marketing team as well as external suppliers, to ensure there is consistency of the brand across all visual channels.

What are we looking for?

You’d be a good fit if you’re driven, proactive and passionate about the power of visual communication. You will need to have strong experience working in graphic design, including digital knowledge, whilst some film knowledge is also essential. You will know Adobe Creative Cloud well and understand how to produce for both print and digital design, with a strong understanding of creating film content should you need to manage third party suppliers, or advise the management of a film project. You will be a team player and effective relationship builder, as well as a driven and self-motivated individual. Your organisational skills will be impeccable, and you will be a confident owner and driver of projects.

Finally, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate versatility in applying design skills to different assignments across: brand, design concepts, website graphics, social graphics, exhibition graphics and full experiential design. We will look for people with strong design problem solving and analytical skills, alongside a deep knowledge of how to transform design briefs into high quality design. A good sense of humour and fun approach will also fit right into the team!
