On Call Solutions Islamabad based Minicab Company handling operations in the UK that is looking to find controllers.

Main Duties:

• Call centre duties: answering incoming calls and making bookings
• Controlling
• Taking and checking bookings
• Using Dispatch system
• Email correspondence
• Dealing with customers, drivers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner at all times
• Ad-hoc duties as necessary
• Assist other members of the team when needed

Essential Experience/Requirements:

• Very fluent in English with a good British accent
• Call Centre experience
• Logistically minded
• Punctuality, flexibility and professionalism
• Computer skills
• Typing, spelling and good knowledge of London

Training is provided and you will be on payroll after successful completion of your training program. Thereafter you will be paid monthly.
