    Our client who is a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure is seeking a talented Content Asset Management Specialist to coordinate digital assets (layout files, photos, graphics, and logos) ensuring file content and metadata integrity, relating to their digital asset management systems: Workfront, Creative Library, and Brand Library.

    The successful candidate will also be supporting the in-house production team, contributing to the production workflow. Reporting to the Production Manager, he/she will be working closely with the existing team of artworkers, designers and project managers, producing materials including Brochures, Fact sheets, Flyers, Sell-sheets, Reports, and Flyers.

    What you will do:
    • Work closely with team and marketing colleagues, managing and archiving of collateral/documents using our digital asset management systems (DAM).
    • Identify metadata to be entered in DAM.
    • Maintain and manage marketing material final files within department Content Library.
    • Manage source documents to resolve questions inconsistencies or missing data.
    • Maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
    • Retrieve assets from asset management systems for distribution to internal and external users.
    • Manage and maintain our local and cloud-based servers.
    • Prepare project files and folders for archive.
    • Trouble-shoot file issues.
    • Manage and prioritize work effectively.
    • Manage assignments and communication effectively within required department systems (project management tool and DAM).
    • Manage multiple assignments concurrently, accurately record time and manage creative assets according to defined workflow.

    Secondary Role:
    • Produce marketing and communication materials - artwork, layout and typography - including brochures, factsheets, flyers, reports, presentations and more.
    • Work with pre-defined InDesign templates and style sheets.
    • Understand and interpret detailed visual brand guidelines.
    • Prepare design files for both internal and external print use.
    • Produce print and/or screen-ready, accurate artwork for a variety of print and digital marketing assets that support a broad range of formats originating from creative teams across the department, including: Print and digital advertising, collateral, direct mail, tradeshow displays, sales presentations, internal corporate programs, email marketing, content marketing and more.
    • Work independently, with limited oversight from a manager.
    • Work in collaboration with a wider creative team, including writers, editor’s art directors, and artworkers.
    • Ensure that deliverables meet deadlines and follow approval procedures.
    • Monitor department resources to follow evolving standards regarding company and departmental policies and procedures, as well as brand standards.

    The qualifications you will need:
    • Minimum 5 years print production experience or prepress experience.
    • Expertise with enterprise Digital asset management systems.
    • Understanding and ownership of naming conventions, metadata and linking protocols
    • Well-versed in print and digital media.
    • Strong prepress skills with knowledge of conventional printing and digital printing processes.
    • Understanding of print production best practices to provide layouts that can be effectively and efficiently reproduced.
    • Strong experience of layout and typography applied with speed and accuracy.
    • Experience of working with project management tools (Workfront or similar).
    • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator).
    • Excellent cross-platform computer skills (MAC and Windows) and MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
    • Obsessive attention to detail and the ability to methodically trouble-shoot production and technical challenges and complicated issues as they arise.
    • Highly organised - able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Colour correction and retouching an advantage.
    • Superior project management skills. Able to work independently to meet deadlines.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills. Able to work in across different teams with competing priorities.
    • Good nature/sense of humour/positive attitude.
    • Flexible, dedicated and passionate.
