  • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the markting team

    ( Facebook - Snapchat - Google ads - Youtube - TikTok ads ) for e-commerce website, implementation and ongoing measurement of an integrated digital content marketing strategy. Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures.

    Excellent communications (written/verbal) skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to operate independently.


    • Provides primary managerial direction and performs personnel administrative functions of direct report staff (e.g. training, supervising, work assignments, timesheets, performance evaluations, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining necessary staffing, enhancing productivity of staff and ensuring necessary department outcomes are achieved.

    • CRM: Creating strategy – covering online & offline data capturing, analysis and segmentation, customer insights from quantitative data & qualitative client surveys, defining customer personas, data scoring, customer contact strategy and loyalty program development.

    • Devise quarterly and yearly marketing plans in addition to the social media calendars on a monthly/quarterly basis and Awareness Campaigns. Managing the social marketing team.

    • Increase in productivity and user growth across the team through comprehensive weekly trainings, implementation of new acquisition techniques, daily analytic reviews and leaderboard competitions.

    • Establishing influencer schemes for cross promotion and seeding opportunities globally.

    • Developing unique ideas for video concepts, storyboard/briefings, managed from filming and editing to execution across various social campaigns.

    • Media optimization for social/SEO/SEM campaigns and re-targeting.


    Required:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.

    (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital marketing, with particular emphasis on multidisciplinary team leadership, project management, corporate website design, user experience design and testing, search engine optimization, performance metrics and analysis, content marketing and creative direction for vendors and/or internal team members. Experience to include three (3) years as a supervisor/manager.
