With our community forums, before and after photos, treatment/provider reviews and ratings, we help our community to get real, unbiased information to make informed decisions regarding a treatment they desire.

 

 

About the Role: As a B2B Sales Development Manager, you will be joining us in a key role that will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategy and plans to grow and our subscriber base. You will liaise with the Marketing team to ensure coordinated and successful sales strategies are implemented in designated targeted markets to acquire and engage health care providers through effective outbound prospecting and qualifying presentations.

In This Role You Will

·         Lead a team of sales representatives who will generate interest and drive new registrations to the NewMe platform through outbound calls, emails and social media.

·         Follow up on leads generated from inbound marketing, industry partnerships and events

·         Establish and enforce standards for Success Metrics, KPIs and reporting that will provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics. Responsible for reporting to management.

·         Execute, test and optimize campaigns within multiple sales channels including email, paid media, direct mail, social media, in-market, in-product and SMS to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving key growth metrics.

·         Accurately convey our value proposition in a manner that demonstrates relevant business knowledge in-line with the understanding of the prospect's needs and wants, ensuring the sales representatives are all adhering to the same value proposition.

·         Meet or exceed all monthly and quarterly individual objectives



About You

The ideal person must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; operate with a strong level of digital sales channel intelligence; bring creative ideas and solutions to communications challenges; understand communication strategies for traditional, web, social and new media.

This position requires strong leadership skills, an ability to interact effectively both internally with our sales team and externally with our customers.

You May Be The Right Fit If You Have

·         Experience of customer-oriented b2b digital sales delivering highly-successful engagement and growth strategies.

·         Two-sided marketplace experience is a MUST!

·         Proven track record in developing and executing sales campaigns across multiple channels preferably in the tech or healthcare space

·         Ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision, while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment.

·         Demonstrated success delivering multi-channel B2B sales campaigns with a deep understanding of sales execution and best practices and experience leveraging strategic editorial content to engage and retain audiences

·         Analytical mindset that can implement and track meaningful KPIs to make recommendations based on data

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers
