Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our Performance Marketing Team with proven ability to analyze website / app traffic and online customer engagement metrics. The role also requires knowledge of analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute social media strategies aligned with company's business goals.
• Create paid campaigns, ad sets and ads across Social Media platforms.
• Develop social media content strategy and planning calendar to support brand, reputation and business initiatives.
• Measure results based on benchmarks and recommendations.
• Continuously optimize campaigns by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports.
• Generate, edit, publish daily/month content across all Digital Media Platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate actions.
• Build relationships with industry professionals.
• Manage multiple social media accounts.
• Work with team to uphold social media policies and procedures.
• Monitor industry trends and craft targeted marketing collateral and digital media campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Proven work experience in Paid Social Media marketing
• Knowledge of Paid Social Media channels and campaign setup
• Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of paid social media platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks
• Goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
• English fluent, Bilingual (Prefer)

Salary: 50K PKR - 60KPKR
