Key within LV Middle East organization, the role of the Distribution Planner for Leather Goods, Accessories and non merchandised products is to secure and optimize distribution of products from the warehouse to the stores in the region. Acting as a business partner with every party, to ensure to deliver the right product in the right store within the best costs, to support sales.
Manage LV products distribution within Middle East zone - 15 stores in 7 countries
- Set up set up and control Autoreplenishment
- Contribute to the increase of stores turn-over through assessment and planning of store requests
- Ensure distribution flows for both Seasonal products and Permanent products
- Control seasonalities, either linked to the products, the countries or the Stores, to anticipate peaks
Focus on seasonal distribution management
- Coordinate with all Paris and Dubai teams to launch new products on time
- Ensures sell-through optimization during the lifecycle of seasonal products and allocate hot collections
Supply non-merchandised activities
- Manage distribution of uniform, props, packaging items with external suppliers
- Forecasts the needs on non merchandise categories
Cross-categories missions :
- Structure the distribution processes as a strong support to the business
- Manage end-of life and obsolete products
- Produce reporting, improve and develop tools/systems when needed
- Determine and implement necessary reverse flows, including Rebalancing, Overstocks, Obsoletes..
Support stores - be a business partner
- For stock takes and guide them in optimizing all stocks operations
PROFIL
- Experience in supply chain management
- Performing in data management and tools SAP, Power.BI, Anaplan, Excel Adds in, TXT apps
- Proactivity and willingness to make things change

- Communication skills - ability to explain, influence and convince
