- Put quality in front of anything else (revenue, timelines, pressure)
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction (study outcomes/insights and great servicing journey)
- Ensure 0 reruns; Ensure 0 delays
- Work closely with manager and ensure full support throughout his pipeline of projects
- Spend necessary time to drive actionable insights/recommendations for clients (ensure repeat business)
- Work collaboratively with CS in building insights/outcomes/recommendations: ensure CS reviews EVERY presentations before it hits clients
- Business Development Drive BD across our clients in Pakistan
- Get CS excited about our solutions and drive awareness among the Nielsen team
- Build pipeline, schedule client meetings and prospect market to ensure we meet our revenue targets in Pakistan
- Work closely with your manager in getting the right plan in place to win
- Management of own projects and execution guaranteeing quality in terms of deliverables and timeline compliance
- Ability to manage all types of project preparation work happening before modeling phase
- Ability to manage parts of a big project on its own (with support from seniors)
- Interact with modeling teams and ensure process flow. Deal with contingencies and solving problems
- Excellence in analysis, meet project specifications, build detailed presentations and deliver insightful (actionable) recommendations to the clients
- Take complete ownership of small projects and own them end to end including final presentations to client
- Do a minimum of 1 presentation every month either through war room sessions, or to CS or the client
- Take the Presentation Skills workshop training
- Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of key AAC solutions, requirements, E2E process and applications
- Ensure to spend a minimum of 4 hours per month on self-development (and keep track of it). Show a true learning will.
- Actively leverage war rooms sessions to show your work, learn from other and share your learnings
- Understand ENReach and PnP end to end and become the 2nd go to person for the solution
- Work with your manager to create one thought leadership by end of this year (white paper + presentation)
- Monthly feed to Manager on teams achievements for AAC Newsletter. Show your impact. Make noise around your individual and team successes
- Ensure all proposals and meetings are updated in the tracker/sacred file
- Ensure all ICFs/CAFs are raised for the team
- Advanced administrative skills. Saves all relevant project information related to project finances, data, results, and delivery in the allocated public drive. Is able to communicate on short notice project details (e.g. project revenue, delivery dates, stakeholders etc.) in most cases
- Send a minimum of 5 proposals per month
- Meet a minimum of 2 clients face to face every month
- All top line proposals to be submitted within 24 hours
- All detailed proposals to be submitted within 72 hours
- Get feedback on ALL studies delivered (client and CS feedback)
- Proactively meet and discuss with CS about their client business issues. Show you want to help them meet their objectives.
- Keep CS posted at all times & carefully manage ALL expectations upfront (timelines, costs, deliverables, dependencies)
- Acknowledge every client emails within 24 hours
- Keep client frequently posted on projects/questions status throughout the entire journey
- Manage expectations upfront. Never over commit. Ensure full alignment (email confirmation on scope, timelines and price). Do what you said.
- ALWAYS put quality before revenue and client pressure on timeliness
- Use phone vs email however need to document all phone conversations to avoid miscommunication
