  • Modis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-8 month contract in Boston, MA.

     

    Will manage a requisition load of approximately 20-30 positions, many of which are high level, specialty positions. The TA Lead will partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies. The TA Lead will develop and execute an overall talent acquisition strategy for clients mainly in the US, with some being outside the US.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    ·         Facilitate high quality recruiting strategy meetings (in-take sessions). Prepare hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and expectations.

    ·         Market company careers across the region, ensuring country marketing is aligned and represents Integra in a professional and positive manner by providing information about the Company, culture, business strategy, relevant function/department, and specific position.

    ·         Review candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

    ·         Create and communicate prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Prescreen candidates prior to presentation.

    ·         Ensure and adhere to a consistent and effective recruitment process. Identify areas of opportunity in the process to add value, improve quality, customer service, etc.

    ·         Evaluate trends in work force populations and develop strategic workforce plan, where relevant.

    ·         Develop and maintain a network of diverse candidates by using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, Internet, groups and associations, internal referrals, advertising, third-party agencies and other technical means to source candidates.

    ·         Interview and assess candidates (phone screens and in-person) using behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques.

    ·         Partner with Sourcer to develop sourcing strategies, (leveraging internet tools, social networking, online campaigns, agencies, outplacement, etc.) and maintain positive working relationships with these sources to ensure talent pipelining.

    ·         Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·         10+ years talent acquisition experience (internal and agency)

    ·         8+ years Life Sciences recruiting highly desired (full cycle recruiting)

    ·         2+ years recruiting leadership

    ·         Familiar with iCIMS ATS desired and experience working with a CRM (candidate relationship management system).

    ·         Capable of conceptualizing and developing processes/SOPs

    ·         SME/Leadership presence

    ·         Prior recruiting leadership experience with geographically dispersed teams required

    ·         Expert knowledge of employment and data privacy related laws.
