Inventory Control & Stock Management Stage

MISSION

Support the logistics activities/processes for Finished Products, and Sales Support materials for events along the distribution network, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company F&A and Logistics procedures.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Preparing the necessary shipping documentation and technical data sheets
• Support the manager on handling external relations with the customs, client, shipping agents, Ministries etc. respecting import/export rules
• Support the performing product receiving (Finished Products, consignment, buyback/return, Quality Control)
• Verify conformity of received products and documentation to import/export norms
• Ensure the constant updating of the system and follow up discrepancies physical/documents with sender
• Maintain inventory control records
• Support all activities (picking, packing and good issue) regarding national/international shipments based on open deliveries.
• Assist all activities concerning logistics support to events and fairs.

 

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

• University Degree/Master in the fields of Economics and or Engineering - ideally completed with an experience abroad
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of the distribution network and international import/export norms (legal, fiscal)
• Knowledge of guidelines, procedures and regulations by international institutions and agreements (e.g. RJC, CoC)
• Knowledge of products and components
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory techniques
• Knowledge of IT applications (ERP/SAP) is preferred
• A previous similar experience in any industry is an advantage
