About our client:

Our client is an independent global media company with an online platform of over 100 million views and millions of subscribers. They have broadcast over 500 interviews with some of the most influential and inspirational people in technology, science, sports, entertainment, politics and wellness

The role:

They’re looking for a dynamic Guest Booker and relationship manager to head up their Development & Partnerships team, focusing on outreach to publishers and PR agencies, booking guests for our podcast and speakers for live events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of a small team comprising interview producers and researchers tasked with finding new and interesting guests for their weekly podcast


• Identifying opportunities for building the brand with public speaking events, media and networking and affiliate marketing opportunities


• Ownership of all media and PR relationships, including development of new relationships


• Liaising with in-house production and marketing teams and directly with the CEO on new business and brand marketing strategies 


Your experience:

• 4+ years working in publishing, digital production or talent management


• Experience of digital marketing management or production


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Able to work closely with strategic and creative stakeholders 


• Passion for media and innovative digital concepts
