Job Description:

• Manage Core Network, VAS (Value Added Services), BSS (Business Support System), infrastructure, security, DWH, and service desk.
• Optimization Network & IT services by adding new technologies and cutting cost.
• Evaluate business requirements and transfer into technical requirements with optimal solutions.
• Manage and support in RFPs (Request for Proposal), SoC (Statement of compliance) and acceptance for the new solutions and projects.
• Assure network & IT services availability as per KPIs and SLAs.
• As MVNO, radio part is supported by MNO, so it is required to work closely with MNO to assure have same level of radio services as per SLA.
• Budget control and management.
• Track and reporting projects and tasks by using proper tools.
• The main interface with the regulation and government for all technical requirements.
• Manage and guide the resources of the department by coaching, motivating and improving their skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:



• A Bachelor degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in relevant fields with 4 years experience in management.
• Team and projects management. 
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Communications and presentation skills.
