Job Description

VR Cleaning Services and Master VR Technical Services require an enthusiastic and hard working operations manager to oversee the complete business operation. 

VR Cleaning Services offer cleaning and maintenance to both residential and commercial clients across Dubai.

This role requires a capable Operations Manager who is dedicated and very hands on to their work. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Oversee smooth operations across all aspects and areas of the business (customer care, scheduling, HR, accounts etc)
• Ensure systems and procedures are effectively maintained and followed.
• Look at ways in which the overall operation could be streamlined or improved.
• Dealing with the day to day challenges of the business by facing them head on to enable efficient business operations.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided by the call centre agents.
• Supervise the complete office team to ensure all works are carried out in an effective and timely manner.

Job Requirements

• 2/3 years working within a service industry
• Degree qualified
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is a must
• Flexibility to work in an environment with different nationalities with a variety of backgrounds.
• Track record in business development and experience with scaling a business.

Desirable

• Cleaning, maintenance, facilities management experience in Dubai or UAE.
• Digital marketing, SEO, social media etc allowing us to attract new clients and build up our database.
