ERP Oracle Management
 
- Business analysis and gap assessment (finance, procurements, contracting, costing, HCM, and Payroll)
 - Experience in translating business requirements into ERP solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.
 - Business Performance Management and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (EBS) implementations including active participation in planning, business case, and design phases – as a subject matter expert in the area of finance, procurement, and HCM.
 - Process improvement experience in transactional processing (i.e. Procure to Pay; Record to Report, Financial planning and analysis: Budgeting & Planning and Reporting).
 - Proven record of ERP Implementation (solution design, opening balance, integration, data migration, testing, fixing improper configurations, and parallel runs)
 - Conducting Key User/End User training and knowledge transfer
 
 
Public sector experience in similar accounting conversion projects is a plus and preferably in KSA.
- Lead functional and technical support to development team on specifications, requirements, integration approaches, and testing methodologies provided by the development team in regards to (Finance – Procurement – HR/Payroll).
 - Oversee recommendations to requirements documentation
 - Develop/maintain/update existing configuration documentation for each business process area
 - Support business process re-engineering activities by analyzing and updating business processes and workflows.
 - Oversee data migration efforts and reconciliation of financial data from legacy systems.
 - Manage user acceptance testing.
 - Ensure development of reporting requirements, reporting gaps, and validation of report output/use.
