About the role Reporting to the EGM Strategic Partnerships with dotted line to the CFO you will be response for CalendarDiary Management for CFO and EGM Strategic Partnerships including arranging meetings, Board Meeting diary management, Board Paper and attendee reminders Document and presentation formatting and editing Monitoring email and drafting communications RFPRFI “ assisting in developing templates and management of responses from relevant teams Completing expense claim forms Organising catering when required, including drinkcoffee and lunch orders during Board, management, clients and staff meetings Collating and or photocopying of documents for meetings as required Arrange gifts andor alerts for clients as required Answering general office incoming calls assisting the caller or transferring to the appropriate staff member or taking accurate messages Maintaining stationery and office supplies by responsive ordering General office maintenance, taking into account WHS maintain a safe and secure working environment Maintaining stationary, kitchen and general office supplies, arranging payment of invoices Are you the person we are looking for with the following skillscompetencies?
