    As the Project Manager in our Oncology and Hematology team, you are the point of contact for client management on international clinical studies focused on delivering Phase II-III projects. All our Project Manager’s add value towards to group excellence, culture and future success.

    The role
    • You will lead a cross functional project team in global, Oncology and Hematology clinical studies in accordance with client specifications and contractual timelines
    • Manage project study budgets, develop invoicing procedures and training delivery timelines for the project team
    • Direct all reporting on the progress of projects to ICON clients, you'll monitor and implementing QC activities as necessary
    • Collaborate with business development to ensure we have a dedicated commercial aptitude, collaborate together with internal colleagues and external partners to identify new avenues for growth

    This position is open to be based in any of ICON European locations and includes flexibility to work full or part time home based, depending on your proximity to an ICON office.

    What You Need
    • Project Management experience within Clinical Research, you can develop an approach to driving performance and success in a global environment
    • Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, science or your equivalent working experience and a qualification in Project Management is desirable but not essential
    • You'll have specific therapeutic experience within Oncology and Hematology and comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP
    • You could be a confident communicator, with strong client management skills and strong decision-making skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
