Sales Representative (Mandarin speaking only)
Job description:
- Responsible for the development of the African markets and establishment of customer relationships for Hörmann Middle East and Africa
- Responsible for the achievement of annual sales targets
- Grow client database in Africa
- Prospect market opportunities for all Hörmann products
- Manage and assist existing Hörmann distributors
- Acquire new end customers, contracting companies as well as consultants / architects
- Consult customers / contracting companies on site
- Prepare product presentations customized to individual clients and their needs
- Prepare material submittals for upcoming projects
- Supervise all running projects in regards to technical clarifications, contractual matters, financial controlling, delivery and installation schedule, claim handling
- Create proposals for enquiries
- Maintain a proper follow up workflow for the offers and analyze the feedback from the clients
- Liaise with clients on technical and commercial clarifications
- Liaise with the marketing department in order to improve the promotion of products
- Prepare reports for management on leads, target, sales achievement, market and competitive information
Requirements:
- Experience in doors, construction materials industry is an advantage
- Ability to travel to the targeted markets
- Strong team spirit and high sense of responsibility
- A team-player, self-motivated and very well organized
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
- University degree is mandatory (copy of university certificate will be required)
- SAP knowledge preferred
