Sales Representative (Mandarin speaking only)


Job description:

  • Responsible for the development of the African markets and establishment of customer relationships for Hörmann Middle East and Africa
  • Responsible for the achievement of annual sales targets
  • Grow client database in Africa
  • Prospect market opportunities for all Hörmann products
  • Manage and assist existing Hörmann distributors
  • Acquire new end customers, contracting companies as well as consultants / architects
  • Consult customers / contracting companies on site
  • Prepare product presentations customized to individual clients and their needs
  • Prepare material submittals for upcoming projects
  • Supervise all running projects in regards to technical clarifications, contractual matters, financial controlling, delivery and installation schedule, claim handling
  • Create proposals for enquiries
  • Maintain a proper follow up workflow for the offers and analyze the feedback from the clients
  • Liaise with clients on technical and commercial clarifications
  • Liaise with the marketing department in order to improve the promotion of products
  • Prepare reports for management on leads, target, sales achievement, market and competitive information


Requirements:

  • Experience in doors, construction materials industry is an advantage
  • Ability to travel to the targeted markets
  • Strong team spirit and high sense of responsibility
  • A team-player, self-motivated and very well organized
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
  • University degree is mandatory (copy of university certificate will be required)
  • SAP knowledge preferred
