Collaborating closely with colleagues in Reading, you’ll offering technical CAD / Revit and Design support across a variety of land development projects including Residential, Mixed Use Developments, Commercial, and Education.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading in the production of structural plans and drawings for the buildings team
- Providing input for project designs and reports
- Use of AutoCAD and REVIT to produce building and structural designs
- Preparing reinforcement detail drawings and bending schedules
- Liaising with other designers and external consultants to enable co-ordination of project drawings
- Development of AutoCAD / REVIT procedures and quality control
- Mentoring and develop the skills of junior colleagues
The successful candidate will be a positive, enthusiastic team player and will have/be:
- EngTech qualified with IStructE or ICE
- In-depth knowledge of structural engineering and building detailing
- Highly proficient in computer aided drawing and the use of AutoCAD, REVIT
- Highly proficient in reinforcement detailing and scheduling
- Experience of working across a wide range of building sectors
- Experience of developing and mentoring less experienced team members
- Work well within a team and managing the work of others
