Strategic Customer&On Premise Channel Development Director

Strategic Accounts & On -Premise Development Director is in Turkey Franchise Operations to manage & develop Turkey’s Strategic On-Premise customers as well as enhancing execution excellence at On-Premise channel at regional level. The role will establish a strong and profitable On-Premise business including the development of a Strategic accounts ecosystem. Strategic Accounts & On-Premise Development Director is a member of Turkey leadership team. You will be fully responsible for the management of all strategic customers. It will be your responsibility to define destination; core strategies and annual/long term plans for On-Premise channel and lead the system for the integration of portfolio priorities into commercial plans. Lead system to define opportunity areas of growth at sub-channel level, develop regional plans and improve competitiveness at the marketplace to deliver our NARTD share objectives while building world class execution capabilities by securing/optimizing required resources. On top of that this role will provide thought leadership to our distributor/toll-filler operation of 150 people in North Cyprus for a seamless franchise operation to achieve core KBI targets (profit, net revenue, volume and share) through excellence in-market execution.
  • Lead system to define opportunity areas of growth at regional level, develop regional plans and improve competitiveness at the marketplace to deliver our NARTD share objectives.
  • Lead the full implementation of Commercial Strategy in Field in close collaboration with the Bottler. Highlight capability gaps and collaborate with the stakeholders to address them.
  • Lead the system for the integration of portfolio priorities into commercial plans. Determine the
relevant commercial execution targets at System level with clear KPIs on a granular level.

  • Track performance with metrics & reporting routines and develop effectiveness by facilitating the use of score cards and monthly follow-up to track progress on key “Commercial Execution” areas.
    • Ensures implementation of Channel Strategy through right projects and plans. Develops and Leads the execution of critical On-Premise development initiatives in line with channel priorities.
    • Works closely with CCI to ensure as a System we build robust capabilities in national level identified as critical to win in the winning customers.
