This is an opportunity for you to join one of the industry's foremost engineering consultancy engaged in marine and environment sectors. We are looking for a Junior Environmental Specialist to join our team in Qatar and lead various environmental and sustainability aspects in our projects.

MAINTAINING THE OVERVIEW

As a Junior Environmental Specialist, you will join an interdisciplinary team of engineers, environmental scientists and specialists based in Qatar as well as various geographical locations worldwide.

Here in this role, you will be responsible for contributing to or preparing environmental reports including Environmental Scoping Reports, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIAs) reports, Environmental Baseline reports, Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP), Geo-environmental investigation reports, etc.

You will plan and carry out fieldwork, including baseline surveys/monitoring and contribute to or prepare technical and commercial proposals.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS CREATE VALUE

For a Junior Environmental Specialist, you should have a BSc. in relevant discipline and MSc. degree in Environmental Science or Sustainable Development Science at a reputable university

You should be a recent graduate or up to three years of work experience with an international environmental consultancy.

You should have an excellent reporting and communication skills along with fluent in Arabic and English.
