We are looking for a Marketing and Events Specialist who to join our fast growing, high energy Talent Acquisition team. This role will plan, support, and measure high impact events; manage brand and marketing campaigns; and engage with prospects and team members.

We are looking for a Marketing and Events Specialist who to join our fast growing, high energy Talent Acquisition team. This role will plan, support, and measure high impact events; manage brand and marketing campaigns; and engage with prospects and team members.
Responsibilities
- End to end in-house and external event planning, project management, and logistics from initial planning to post-event follow up including budget management, vendor management, shipping, etc
- Facilitate timely event data processing, develop and share event metrics and impact, share post-event debriefs; share wins and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with TA leaders to maintain a shared event calendar; manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless delivery of onsite events
- Support multi-channel marketing initiatives including campaign management, metrics tracking, audience optimization, etc.
- 2+ years in Marketing and/or Corporate or University Recruiting event management
- Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environment and pivot quickly in response to changing business needs
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Basic social media and Google Suite experience a must
- Project Management experience preferred
- Enthusiastic team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for customer experience, drive for results
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing a plus
