We have a current vacancy for a Tour Desk Attendant to promote and sell the island and its tours, cruises and activities in a detailed and efficient manner with the highest standards of service to ensure that our guest’s stay is truly memorable.

About the Role

Ensure all guests are provided with accurate information on Island activities and tours

Make bookings for appropriate tours and activities as required

Focus on sales targets and team incentives

Make recommendations

Deal with guest enquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

Communicate with Concessionaires to ensure tour bookings and details are correct

About You

Passion for Tourism and Travel

Enthusiastic about customer service

Good computer skills

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Excellent personal presentation

Excellent communication skills
