Desired Education

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in arts, graphics, design, advertising, interactive, digital communications, web design, or related degree

General Knowledge

• Outstanding skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Optimization
• Web design best practices

Experience

• Experience in creating online advertisements
• Experience with social media branding and identity
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, or InDesign (Bonus)
• Knowledge of web design conventions (Bonus)
• Knowledge of user experience (Bonus)
• Knowledge of web standards, optimization, and web design best practices
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, or PHP/MySQL(Bonus)
• Basic knowledge of open source CMS such as WordPress (bonus)

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Working with the project manager and other team members to design websites, advertisements, and viral marketing pieces for various clients using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Testing/editing multiple websites to make sure we’re getting the best possible user experience for our clients
• Working on minimal site edits while continuing to learn HTML and CSS
• MavenUp designers typically work on 250+ projects a year so there is a high level of variety in work, and two days are never the same
• Learning how to work with various frameworks like WordPress, Magento, and Bootstrap

Percentage Breakdown

• 25% designing homepage and inner-page prototypes for various clients using the Adobe Creative Suite
• 25% creating online advertisements
• 20% creating social media branding and identity
• 20% creating viral marketing pieces – info-graphics, motion graphics, online guides, long-form graphics
• 10% minimal site edits/learning HTML and CSS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 /month
