RE/MAX is seeking motivated and skilled property consultants, with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market to join our diverse team.

Managing local & international network/pipeline of 130,000 Real-Estate agents in 6800 offices globally. Generating new business revenue while actively maintaining relations with selected clients. Areas specialist has in-depth knowledge about the area or sectors they are covering.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for potential new clients
• Achieve own assigned revenue targets
• Ensure all leads and enquiries are attended to
• Following company procedures and meeting KPI requirements
• Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria
• Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding of the local market, advertising, signage requirements, rules and regulations.

Minimum Required Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree with over 2-3 years minimum of experience within UAE Real-Estate Market, residential, commercial, Off-Plan sales or leasing.
• RERA Certified brokers preferred
• Valid UAE Driving license and own vehicle
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Good personal hygiene and respectful of others in the workplace
