AV Support Technician

Chiswick - £27-36k. We are currently seeking candidates for an AV Support Technician for a permanent opportunity to be based from Chiswick, West London. As part of an EMEA service desk function supporting corporate HQ's, client sites and events, you will be responsible for all things AV (Audio Visual), VC (Video Conference) and general IT support for an international market leader in the Sports, Entertainment, Events and Media sector. AV

Polycom and Cisco experience

Microsoft Windows 10 desktops and laptops

Microsoft Office 2016 productivity software

Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and Windows Server

Mobile phone devices (iOS, Android)

Windows VPN, Mac VPN Configuration and Administration

Mac OSX installation and configuration as well as Office for Mac

Various printers, scanners, some fax services

Polycom and Cisco Video Conferencing Administration

Enterprise Level AV Administration and Support

Enterprise Level Backup Systems and Support

Exposure to Telecoms systems such as Avaya, Cisco and Shoretel Excellent opportunity to grow and develop an AV Support function for an International Market Leader in the media sector.
