 QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years’ experience in Sales function
• Banking and Finance sector experience
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
• Good at communication, relationship management, customer focus and ability of persuasion
• Good at analytic thinking, credit & risk vision,
• Interrogative and determined personality
• Reporting experience,
• Good at MS Office programmes,
• Free to travel
• Bachelor’s degree of relevant major
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The new team member will take responsibility in the following processes:
• Managing and developing the relationship with vendors with respect to company’s profitability, income and policies
• Attending strategy meetings set by  BNP Paribas Lease Group, International Business Line.
• Controlling and following the application of strategic decisions taken by Group at local level and conveying the international working models to the local entity
• Preparing credit application package and follow up
• Evaluating potential cooperation agreements. Organising and leading departments to realize the cooperation agreement.
• Leading and coaching the team members to reach and fulfil the annual targets
