One of the most prestigious regional banks in Saudi Arabia is now looking for a Legal Counsel to join their expanding business in Riyadh. This position is strictly for Saudi Nationals only.  

 

Report directly to the Head of Legal in Saudi Arabia, you will handle a wide range scope of work including but not limited to reviewing, amending and advising different types of documents (eg: DD reports, NDAs, commercial & procurement agreements), as well as various in house legal matters for example, employment issues and represents the bank in the court when necessary.

The ideal candidate should be a Saudi qualified lawyer, with at least 5 -7 years of experience gained from international law firms in Saudi Arabia. You must have a Bachelor's degree ideally obtained from overseas universities (eg: UK, US, Australia, etc.,), solid & hands on experience in handling banking & finance, corporate, and commercial transactions. You must be able to work independently, under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines. Fluency in both English and Arabic (read, write & draft) is essential for this role.
