Assan Hanil is looking for a Senior Specialist – R&D (CAE) who will work for the Test and Validation Department in Research & Development Directorate.

 Job Description

• Performing on structural analyses for ongoing research and developments projects
• Working on developing new CAE methodologies and approaches,
• Being responsible for giving structural advice to design teams, 
• Performing on correlation studies between analysis & test results.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Preferably min 4 years of experience in the automotive sector,
• Master Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Material Engineering (preferably having a Ph.D.) 
• Having experience in Finite Element Analysis min 3 years, preferably having experience with Ls-Dyna and HyperWorks 
• Strong knowledge of engineering skills, mechanics, machine dynamics and numerical methods 
• Understanding the needs of the Customer (Automotive OEM),
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility, 
• Building collaboration, clear in communicating thoughts and ideas. 
• Having a driving license.
