Duties And Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will provide the transition from design through to the construction phase. Provide advice and expertise on construction matters to the Client and other consultants where required. Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Executes the project construction activities in line with the project specifications, scope of work, schedule, and requirements. Produces the project construction deliverables and oversees the quality of the project construction deliverables. He/she must have a strong background in construction and be fully conversant with different procurement strategies, construction planning, and logistics, as well as selection of different techniques and methodologies.

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years post-graduate and demonstrable overall experience, out of which 7 years in Rail
• Bachelor’s Degree, BENG, MBA, BA , or equivalent
