Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will have a strong strategic outlook and be responsible for developing and delivering the European and Asian sales growth strategy, maintaining the groups focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction through the delivery of set objectives.

Responsibilities Will Include
  • Lead, direct and control commercial activities across the division so that the company achieves its short and long-term sales plans with new and existing customers.You will focus on increasing profitable revenues through both new and existing accounts in a hands=on leadership position with 4 direct reports
  • Full responsibility for customer account management, working with internal teams to ensure an effective account plan is engaged and further developed.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team situated around the region.
  • Partner closely with regional MD’s to help drive profitable growth, organically and through acquisition.
  • Development and review of annual budgets and forecasts, reporting regularly on sales progress against the strategic plan.
  • Remains fully aware of market developments and competitor analysis to help inform future sales planning and product design. As the key point of contact for customers you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships to ensure growth targets are achieved.
Who are we looking for?

A first-class communicator and sales leader you will be proven in a customer facing leadership role within a manufacturing environment for engineering components (Mechanical or Electric). Experience of the automotive market is preferred.

A process-orientated sales approach with the ability to effectively engage and manage key relationships internally and externally across all stakeholder groups.

Comfortable operating in a hands-on leadership position with the ability to nurture and develop a team of sales professionals. The successful applicant should be able to significantly grow sales across international markets, while maintaining existing margin levels. You will demonstrate proficiency in evaluating strategy and tactics, having a track record of delivering results alongside providing exceptional customer service and strong leadership.
