Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you willbe responsible for account management and driving the successful sales account development.You will work with range of sophisticated Clients, own the sales quota and worktowards agreed sales targets (individual and team targets). This role is split into two main aspects:you will focus on maximizing new revenue opportunities within the existingaccount portfolio. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle develop a robust understanding of the commercial obligations to be able to highlight contractual inconsistencies and resolve these in timely manner.
Plan activities and manage opportunities todevelop a strong opportunity pipeline for existing accounts.
Develop an accurate sales forecast tosupport full visibility of opportunities and successful planning of existingclient accounts. New business.

Write RFPs and manage the end-to-end process.
Deliver compelling presentations (inconjunction with the pre-sales team as and when required).
Develop an accurate sales forecast to supportfull visibility and successful planning of new client accounts. ***Client Management***.
Develop and maintain a trusted advisorrelationship with C-level and technical decision makers.
Use business acumen to raise awareness ofWavex new service offerings and strategically position its USPs.
Ensure effective, timely and accuratecommunication to relevant clients at all times.
Act as a point of escalation for criticalissues and collaborate with operations to provide solutions.
Contribute to and oversee serviceimprovement projects, to increase service quality and the standardisation ofservice delivery across Wavex.
Deliver monthly/quarterly service reviewperformance reports. ***Working relationships (internal)***.
Collaborate with the Project Management department (who own the process) to smoothly transition new clients into Wavex via the new client take-on process.
Collaborate with the Finance and CommercialTeam to produce an accurate billing for each account and ensure that clientcontracts remain up-to-date.

Experienceof managing RFC processes and how to win.
Experience of managing accounts with an average value of £2M TCV.
Abilityto demonstrate a robust commercial understanding of contracts (MSA, Schedules).
Evidenceof successfully leading customer workshops to develop IT strategies androadmaps.
Experiencein pipeline management (regular forecasting, close plans, ensuring suitablecoverage).
Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
