Supervises production operators on assigned or multiple shifts to ensure the production plan is achieved (in the workshop or in the pilot), with respect to quality, quantity, timing, performance KPIs. Supervises, motivates and leads production operators through continuous improvement standards for his perimeter.

Good experience of working in Sterile manufacturing environment is a must.
