BlueCat is looking for a dynamic, energetic, dependable, take-charge Executive Admin Assistant. The Executive Assistant at BlueCat Networks provides direct administrative support to the CSO and CTO. This role is responsible not only for performing executive duties to ensure an efficient, well-maintained and professional corporate environment for our CSO and CTO.  The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and possess superlative communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·       Perform administrative tasks including; calendar management, phone screening, coordinate travel requirements (domestic & international), preparing and tracking expense reports

·       Coordinate and prepare for meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering

·       Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate department and outside organizations

·       Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve goals of the organization

·       Assist the direct reports of the CSO and CTO with support, as time permits

 

Requirements:

·       Business qualification required and a minimum of three years of executive assistant experience.

·       Technology company experience preferred

·       Strong planning and organizational skills

·       Ability to manage multiple demands, work independently and meet deadlines

·       Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web applications.

·       Experience with productivity apps (HR, expense reporting, travel, purchasing, etc) is preferred

·       Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and ability to maintain professionalism in diverse circumstances

·       Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization including executives, vendors, internal customers and partners

·       Proven project management ability is preferred
